We offer free premium shipping within the EU.
Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days, depending on your location.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Can I return my massage chair?
Yes. You have 30 days to try ZENOS risk-free.
If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll arrange a return and refund – no questions asked.

How long is the warranty?
Every ZENOS chair includes a 2-year full warranty – covering all mechanical and electronic components.
Extended protection plans available soon.

Yes. Our chairs are delivered mostly pre-assembled.

ZENOS chairs use silent-glide motors, so you can enjoy your session without noise.

Can I use it every day?
Absolutely. In fact, we recommend it. Regular use can support blood flow, recovery and stress reduction.
